āgni delivers in Greece only for the moment.
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days.
Incorrect address / Re delivery Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted. āgni will not be held responsible for any deliveries made to an incorrect address.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left.
Any delivery timescales quoted are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
We do not offer any collection service at the current time.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Geniki Tahidromiki (express) within Greece carries out our delivery service.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the dispatch date.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and until the products are delivered to the address, you provided us with.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as the recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.
Please check that the package is not damaged before signing.
2. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping within Greece is carried out Geniki Tahidromiki (express) and a flat rate of five (5) euros is applied for shipping services with every order. Within this price (only for Greece) we also provide a Cash on Delivery service. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to three (3) working days after the dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
3. TAX AND DUTIES
All applicable taxes, customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and exclusive to Greece only. If you are unsure if you will be affected by any additional charges, please contact your local customs office.

You may return the items delivered to you within 14 days upon the delivery date by return shipment without stating any reason. Note that all shipping return costs are NOT to be paid by the customer according to our free return policy.
4. RETURN POLICY
All items should be returned to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused.
-All shoes should be tried on a carpeted area only.
-Swimming suits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear and without removing any protective adhesive strip. We will not accept any returns of the above items in case the strip has been removed or in case the items are soiled.
Note: For orders within Greece all packages should be returned to us with Geniki Tahidromiki only.
You have to return your order using the original packaging.
The box must also be adequately protected when returned so that it is not damaged along the way.
Once we receive the package it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or a refund.
Once we receive your package, you will receive a refund equal to the returned product’s value.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process.
If your payment was completed with a credit card or PayPal, then your money will be refunded the same way.
If your payment was completed with cash on delivery (this only applies to orders within Greece) we will need the following from you so we can proceed with your refund: IBAN, account holders name, name of bank.
